1. Subscription

We offer an auto-renewable subscription plan that provides access to all premium features within the app.

• 1-Month Premium
• Price: USD 0.99
• Period: Billed monthly

This subscription plan includes the same premium features as our non-consumable in-app purchase, Lifetime Premium.

2. Payment

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Prices vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the point of purchase within the app or on the App Store.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Any changes will apply to new subscriptions or renewals following the change.

3. Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the selected plan.

4. Cancellation and Management

• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by accessing your Apple Account Settings.
• Changes to your subscription, including upgrades or downgrades, can be made within the app or through your Apple Account Settings.
• If you cancel, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

• All billing and refund matters are handled by Apple. If you wish to request a refund for your subscription, please contact Apple Support directly.
• We do not have the ability to grant refunds or manage billing issues.

6. Changes to Services

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the subscription services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

7. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree not to misuse the app or its services.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If you are accessing the app from outside the Republic of Korea, you may be subject to the laws of the country where you reside, and nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory local law provisions.
